Ma quanto poco sa di fisica l'autore di questo documento!
L'ho scorso solo velocemente e guarda che colossale stupidaggine che ho trovato subito:

Non ha la più pallida idea di cosa sia la massa! La stessa MASSA INVARIANTE aumenta, (quella che chiama "a riposo") non c'è alcun bisogno di introdurre la massa relativistica!
Sono sicuro che commette analoghe imprecisioni o fraintendimenti anche dopo...
Bisognerebbe che qualcuno gli scrivesse, a 'sto tizio.
